SaaS terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of bordertriptools-apex ("the Service") provided by us.

Subscription and account

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You must register an account, provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent security controls;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Fees and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance at the rate in effect when you subscribe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged, except where required by law.

Service level and availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Data, security, and processing

You retain ownership of data you submit. We process it to provide the Service and in accordance with the privacy notice that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
