Affiliate disclosure

Last updated: 2026-06-16

This tool links to Amazon search results for practical gear. Those links are ordinary, untagged links: we are not in the Amazon Associates programme and earn nothing if you buy through them.

1. What affiliate links are

Passport Validity Buffer Check currently carries no affiliate links at all. Every outbound link on this tool is an ordinary link: nobody pays the owner of this tool (José Manuel Volante González) if you click it or buy something afterwards. This page states the position rather than leaving it assumed, in line with the FTC's endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255) and EU transparency rules (Directive 2005/29/EC). If that ever changes, this page is updated before the first paid link goes live.

2. Programmes we participate in

None. No affiliate or referral programme is active on this tool right now.

3. How this affects our content

No link on this tool earns anything, so there is nothing for a commission to influence in the results or their ordering.

4. How links are identified

No link on this tool carries rel="sponsored", because that attribute is a declaration to search engines that a link is paid, and none of them are. The day a paid link appears it will carry that attribute and the section above will name the programme.
